The Cake Lady History

The Cake Lady began in 1999 primarily making birthday cakes for family and friends.  Our product has since grown to include pastries and wedding cakes.

We are a small bakery that prides ourselves on customer service, attention to detail, and high quality cakes.  Chef Johnna L. Hamlin heads the Cake Lady. She is a 2004 Graduate of Johnson & Wales University. Johnna has an Associates degree in culinary arts, a Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management, and a Master’s degree in Business Management. Her husband Corey D. Hamlin, is a teacher by trade, who has studied under Johnna to learn the skill of making cakes, joins her in the kitchen.
